    Default voices trend natural but can flatten under high temperature. Lower LLM temperature and pick a Retell-tuned voice rather than a generic third-party one.

  • Outbound campaign throttling

    Sudden 429s on outbound calls usually mean the concurrency limit on your plan. Contact support to raise concurrency; don't retry-hammer.
